• Our rooms have a (1) hour minimum booking time requirement. You are more than welcome to book additional hours as needed by adding the timeframes to your shopping cart once you are ready to officially checkout.

• We take online reservations and payments! DO NOT CALL for reservations. We will gladly accept walk-in's, but we strongly recommend booking your room online on our website -  ( https://encoreny.com/reservations ) due to limited availability.

• To service our guest promptly and efficiently, please arrive on-time for your scheduled reservation time. We will NOT extend your reservation time.

• Start/end times MUST start and end at the appropriate times. If there is availability to extend reservation times this can be done with room servers. Additional cost will apply for the room rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations of your room reservation. However, you may reschedule. Please ensure cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.  

• A $25 fee will be deducted for each session booked if you have to cancel your reservations 24 hours in advance.

• All cancellations or modifications must be made via email at encorelounge22@gmail.com. Phone calls or voice messages will not be accepted.

Private karaoke room prices are subject to change without notice. 

18% gratuity is added for all guest receipts purchasing food, drinks within the room from our servers. Some restrictions may apply.

For guests under 21 years of age, our general policy is as followed:

1. Guests are ONLY allowed to be in Karaoke Rooms.
2. Guests must leave our facility by 10pm.
3. Guests under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, a governmental identification card must be provided proof of identity. Everyone is scanned into our safety system. SECURITY NOTICE for the safety of our guest, everyone is subject of search! 

No firearms or weapons allowed within building!

Sorry, NO Outside Food or Drinks allowed. There is a $99 penalty fee for anyone caught sneaking in food/drinks. (Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic)

We do allow Birthday Cakes!

All food and drinks must be ordered on site. We serve quick appetizers freshly prepared from our own full kitchen and serve more than 5 menu items. https://encoreny.com/menu

We serve sodas, juice, beer, wine, alcoholic drinks and slushy's.

NO, In compliance to NYS LAW there is NO SMOKING within the building. Included but not limited to; cigaretteS, E-CIGARETTES, VAPES, Marijuana. There is a $99 charged for anyone caught smoking in rooms. You can always smoke outside the premises.

We highly recommend helium balloons only! NO WALL DECORATIONS ARE ALLOWED. USAGE OF STICKY TAPES ON WALLS OR INTERIOR IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

At Encore we want to provide our guest with an experience. Our private Karaoke rooms gives our guest the comfortably to be with their friends or family so you do not have the fear of singing in front of strangers. Karaoke provides a platform to express and share your singing talent in front of others. 

Bathroom singers can realize how good they can sing as they have never tried before. Karaoke singing is like a golf game.... you start with one song and become better and better as you sing and practice more... we all have hidden talents.

Encore's Karaoke rooms are equipped with Audio, Video, lights and Karaoke systems so you can just select a song from the catalog and start singing it from the video screen... it is that simple. You can host Birthday parties, corporate events and More!

Yes, you can book a room in person at Encore Lounge. Availability varies but we HIGHLY recommend booking online to guarantee you get a room. Website - https://encoreny.com/reservations

Each room comes with a song book with different song sections. There are 1000+ of songs in the book. SONG BOOK POSTED BELOW  and website  search https://singa.com/us

The songs are updated each month --- so you do not miss singing the latest songs.

You can search with the song title or with an artist name. And if we do not have the song let us know and we will work with our developers to get the song added.

You can also download our App (SINGA) GooglePlay and APPStore to practice at home and then connect to our venue (Rooms) to showcase your talent. 

 Yes. The rate is for all the people in the room. We do not charge for individuals!

Yes. There is a (1) hour minimum.

The timer is maintained by the system when you Check-in

No. There are no other hidden fees added to the bill unless there are losses, damages and items asked NOT to do or bring into the lounge. Of course, there is Tax and 18% gratuity for all private rooms.

*For for all karaoke reservations - We cannot accept no more than (2) credit cards and only spilt 2 checks per room. 

Any loss or damage to room contents will be charged at current replacement cost starting at $150.00 and up! Damages to property or unruly behavior will  be reported to police, if necessary.

Vomit or Bodily Fluid Cleanup Fee $150.00

Broken Microphone Fee $150.00

Broken TV Free $500.00

Broken Glass Table Fee $1,000.00

Confetti Cleanup Fee $100.00 (NO CONFETTI ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING)

Over Capacity Fee $99.00 per person

Encore rents out our main lounge to Corporate and private events with guest counts over 30 or more people. Please be sure to contract our event coordinators at events@encoreny.com - Please DO NOT send an email for Karaoke room bookings here.
